Remote Office Instructions

Remote Office is a tool that will allow you to access the GEHC intranet from any computer.

1. Click on the Remote Office link.

2. At the Login Prompt, enter your SSO number as the user.

3. In the Password field, enter your secure ID PIN and Token number, then click "Sign In".

4. The next page is a general security warning. (If you see any certificate messages, just answer yes and move on)

5. Click on "Bookmarks" to go to the main page.

6. You can now use any of the bookmarks listed, or enter a URL in the address bar.

7. To get to Clarify(Intranet), type www.fetools.net in the Address bar.

8. Once the page opens, click on the Clarify(Intranet) link.

9. Enter the User/Password for Clarify(Intranet).

 

Remember that anything you download will can be saved on the local computer. Do not download proprietary or confidential information.

Remote Office can be slow at times, so be patient.
